Use www.madamepigalle.com is an online service of Madame Pigalle, provided solely for your personal use for the sale of jewellery, lingerie, accessories and other items.

These Terms & Conditions may change. Madame Pigalle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review this page regularly.
Madame Pigalle takes special care in the innovative design and manufacture of its products and therefore takes intellectual property very seriously. All intellectual properties, whether registered or not, include: brand names, illustrations, images and photographs, logos, graphics, text, registered or unregistered designs. Any reproduction, whether complete or partial, modification or use of the Intellectual Property, for whatever reason and in whatever medium, without our written, express and prior agreement is strictly prohibited.
All orders placed on our website are sent from Bali, Indonesia.
Madame Pigalle is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipping transit with courier service.
Before making the final payment, all shipping fee will be calculated automatically by DHL during checkout. Please note that the fee varies according to the destination of the package.
Madame Pigalle is not responsible for customs/duties attached to your shipment. Please research fees ahead of time so you can budget accordingly. Payment will not be refunded for any shipments that are refused or abandoned by you.
However, we will gladly offer you free shipping if your total amount exceeds USD 250. You will be responsible for all duties & customs charges.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Madame Pigalle does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Madame Pigalle will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and Madame Pigalle will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering, Monday to Friday. However some orders will take 3-4 days to process.
Orders placed on business days after 01:00 PM (GMT +8 hours / Bali Time) are typically processed on the following business day.
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day.
For International orders, parcels will be shipped via DHL with a tracking number, for any destination in the world (excluding Russia).
Within Indonesia the shipping will be arranged with the most suitable courier according to your destination.
An email will be sent enclosing the tracking number, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
It is possible that an item does not match your expectations, or you change your mind. You have 14 days of purchase to request an exchange or credit upon returning*the goods.
To request a refund, please send us an email with your name, address, order number, and giving us the reason why you are returning* the item at: email@example.com
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece or an Online Store Credit.
If, unfortunately, the piece has a fault or defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with sending clear pictures of the piece, so we can understand the problem. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us.
Madame Pigalle will not take care of any mishandled pieces, but only if an eventual factory fault has occurred. Refer to our Care & Production page to learn more on how to handle your pieces.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
Lingerie : We only accept returns if the item is in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for full refund or exchange. All items being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging.
Please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund.
We do not offer return and exchange on discounted items.

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service, by registered mail, so it’s traceable.
If you are outside of Indonesia, shipment return costs are your responsibility, Madame Pigalle will cover only the shipment of the replacement item back to you. You will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which we are shipping.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS
Our entire production is handmade in a Balinese workshop, in Indonesia. Each piece is going through several steps of the production process. Even though we’re very careful with our production, we, sometimes, have to face some little adjustments. Handmade items are always imperfectly perfect :)
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us here within 5 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty piece has been returned to us by post. Note that we are not covering shipment cost outside of Indonesia.
All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods that are contained in the parcel are undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage. Madame Pigalle is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages during shipping transit with courier service.
SERVICING & REPAIRS
Our products are handmade, every piece is crafted with fine attention to details.
For peace of mind, all our jewellery is covered by 3 months (90 days) warranty from the date of purchase.
After the warranty period has expired, there may be a charge for servicing & repairs. The servicing piece will need to be returned to us, please note that shipping fee is your responsibility. We do try to keep repair costs to a minimum, charges for repair will be calculated once the craftsman has inspected your piece. You will then be asked to confirm that you’d like to go ahead with the repair.
However if breakage occurs under the warranty (under 90 days of receipt), repair or replace will be free of charge, the cost of shipping for return is your responsibility, Madame Pigalle will only cover the cost of shipping back.
For faulty item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with sending clear pictures of the piece, so we can understand the problem. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us. For more details refer to “Defective & Damage items”.

Each of our jewellery is handmade, using natural materials as much as we can, fresh water pearls, gold plated & sterling silver metals. We aspire to offer you unique and refined pieces that need care.
Commercial jewellery dips, sonic cleaners, even mild detergent may damage their delicate coating. We recommend not to wear them when doing exercise or if you know you are about to embark on an activity that may expose them to risk.

Our lingerie collection is produced in a Balinese factory in Indonesia. Each piece is unique, going through several steps and is made of refined and skin-friendly materials. All our products are handmade, therefore occasional variations can occur.
Please hand wash your intimates in cold water only. Use a delicate soap and wash gently without scrubbing. Do not wash by machine nor use hot water. We recommend you to dry your delicates flat on a towel. Avoid laying them under the sun or on a radiator.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments:
